Bismaleimide Resins (BMI resins)
Our founders developed considerable expertise creating and commercializing
custom bismaleimide resins for high performance electronics applications.
We have leveraged and extended this competence to create a family of
BMI resins with excellent moisture
and high temperature properties, including imide-extended
bismaleimide oligomers with superior toughness.
Phenyl Esters for Curing Epoxies
More recently, we have developed a family of phenyl
ester epoxy curatives. Unique properties of these materials include:
low viscosity, and reduced moisture uptake. They are also ideally suited
for hybrid cure compositions that include epoxies and free-radical cure
monomers.
